JHM-1800 has the functions of trimming ends/scraping edges, gluing, trimming up and down/double-sided polishing, high-speed straight edge banding, flexible scraping edges/industrial-grade dust collection. It solves the edge banding problem of large panels in small panel factories. It is equipped with a widened bracket and can be operated by one person to bandage large panels. The panels are sequentially subjected to double-sided gluing, automatic tape breaking, top and bottom trimming, front and back trimming, scraping edges, coating, double-sided polishing and other processes to complete the edge banding work. It is formed in one step and has a dust collection function to ensure a clean and hygienic site environment.
